SALES EXECUTIVE

Spinergy is currently seeking an experienced, self motivated Sales Executive with existing industry connections in a metropolitan area on the East Coast.  The candidate must have a working knowledge of print/media work.  This position will be primarily responsible for identifying and working with customers in an effort to sell the company's services and products based on customer needs.  This position also requires the candidate work closely with the Customer Service Representatives to ensure communication, quality and service meet the company standards and customers' expectations.

 

Primary Function:

Identify and work with customers in an effort to sell the company’s services and products based on customer needs.  Work with Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure communication, quality and service meet company standards and expectations.

 

SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:

  • Identify potential customers within designated territory.
  • Provide appropriate pricing to customers based on company price matrix.
  • Provide specific customer order information to CSR.
  • Communicate customer needs, questions, concerns or problems with CSR in order to ensure company quality policy is consistently met. 
  • Meet with customers and potential customers within designated territory in order to continue to provide our services and products and at the same time maintain and strengthen company’s business relationship.
  • Continue to learn about new technologies within company’s industry and communicate appropriate information to customers as a way of continuing to provide new and effective solutions for their business.
  • Meet with President and Vice President on a regular basis in order to discuss and evaluate customer accounts related to customer satisfaction, account revenue, improved ways of servicing customer accounts.

 

EDUCATION:

  • B.A. or Associates Degree in Business preferable 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of two years experience in outside sales, preferably in the optical media, print, publishing or fulfillment industries.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Communicate via telephone
  • Travel (Locally and within designated territory)
