On February 23, 2004 Spinergy hosted a worksite visit course by the Rochester Area Career Education Collaborative that was entitled, “View From the Top ’04!” Spinergy was chosen to host this event along with four other companies, all which were listed on the Rochester Top 100 this past year. This visit was a professional development experience for school counselors and educators (K-12) from many school districts within and around the Rochester area.
After touring our facility, the group of 18 spent the remainder of the three hour session with Spinergy management asking questions related to:
- Skills and education necessary for success in the workplace
- Career opportunities within some of Rochester’s top employers
- Business and employment trends
- Employee recruiting and retention practices
- Business success in today’s global economy
It was a beneficial experience for Spinergy as well as the educators.
