CD Replication & DVD Replication
A CD-ROM/DVD-ROM is a compact disc that is manufactured using injection molding to place digital data on the disc.
- CD replication and DVD replication are typically utilized on larger jobs that involve 500 to 1000 or more discs. All ROMs require the creation of a stamper, which is mounted in the injection mold prior to manufacturing
- CD replication can be made in the following formats:
- Conventional - 120mm
- Mini Round CD - 80mm
- Business Card CD – 50mm
- Partially metallized - 120mm disc metallized to 79mm
- Discs which contain Pit Art

- DVD replication can be made in the following formats:
- DVD5 - 4.7GB
- DVD9 - 8.5GB
- DVD10 – 9.4GB

Requirements for Replication Project:
- Master Disc – CD-R or DVD-R (not a CD-RW or DVD-RW). For tips on creating a high quality master disc click here.
- Artwork for screen printing – Make sure that the printing specs on this website are followed
- Intellectual Property Rights Form - Completed and signed IPR form must be submitted to Spinergy with EVERY ORDER PRIOR TO PRODUCTION regardless of ownership. The IPR form is to ensure that content ownership of a CD/DVD is properly handled.
